Instruction for Cancellation & Cancellation form
Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual's trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:
A. Instruction for Cancellation
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 24h without giving any reason (Wardrobe Calibration). To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email [email protected] of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Non-Refundability of Digital Content: Due to the immediate, intangible nature of the Sovereignty Briefing (audio file), all sales are final. By accessing the Sovereignty Briefing within the Client Portal, you expressly waive your right to any "cooling-off" period or refund. You acknowledge that once access is granted to this digital asset, the service is considered fully delivered.
Waitlist & Refund Policy
1. Custom Nature of Service:
All color palettes are bespoke and custom-made to the client's specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of this work, once the onboarding process has been initiated, the service is non-refundable after 24h (regardless of your location and the refund policies of your country).
2. The Waitlist:
By booking, you acknowledge that there is a variable waiting list.
Timelines:
Delivery dates are estimates and may fluctuate based on current project complexity and volume.
Inquiries:
Clients are encouraged to use the provided chatbox to inquire about current estimated lead times prior to booking.
3. Commencement of Work:
Work is deemed to have commenced immediately upon completion of the booking. This includes securing your dedicated slot in the production queue and initial review of your onboarding materials.
4. Agreement to Terms:
Accessing the onboarding portal (Lavender Salon) or submitting your initial brief (analysis images) constitutes your express consent for the service to begin. As per the checkbox agreed to at checkout, refunds are only granted within 24 hours of purchase, provided onboarding has not been initiated.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you within 30-60 days.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as result of the reimbursement. In the case of sales contract, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion and/or Premature Expiration of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel ceases to be available in the case of a contract for the supply of digital products and services, if the goods have been received by you. The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts regarding the delivery of digital content if we have begun with the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will begin with the execution of the contract before expiry of the revocation period and you have confirmed to us that you lose your right of cancellation by your consent with the beginning of the execution of the contract.
In case of a Color Analysis, you hereby consent to deliver accurate images of yourself that you need to check for accuracy before you send them to me and you will be responsible for the analysis results.
In no shape or form can you cancel or request a refund after a color palette has been delivered.
You can request an upgrade should you detect that the colors delivered are not aligned with you - based on the wrong image.
Send an email with your request and your matter will be handled as quickly as possible.
You may cancel a subscription/membership anytime from within your member´s area. No are no refunds available for memberships.
No-Refund Policy on Discounted Purchases
All discounted purchases are final.
Products or services purchased at a reduced price, including but not limited to promotional offers, limited-time discounts, bundle pricing, or special incentives, are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is completed.
By completing a discounted purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
- The reduced price reflects a final-sale condition
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, personal circumstances, or perceived suitability
- This policy applies regardless of partial use, non-use, or delivery status
This policy exists to preserve fairness, integrity, and pricing stability across all offerings.
For full-price purchases, refund terms (if any) are governed by the standard Purchase & Service Agreement.
General Information on the Return of Goods
1. Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
2. Please do not return the goods freight forward.
3. Please note that the above general information in section 1 and 2 is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
